I am committed to a social justice framework which means that I work from an anti-oppressive, intersectional, strength-based approach. I have experience working with organisations examining topics such as diversity and inclusion, safety and trust within teams, and understanding intersectionality in practice.

The first step is to engage in a dialogue about your needs as an organisation. This dialogue may involve both you and your team. From there we can develop the next steps and a plan. If you have any questions about consultation services, please feel free to contact me.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Bhupie as a Masters of Counselling internship student. As a supervisor, Bhupie strikes the balance between being caring and encouraging while at the same time holding her supervisees to high ethical standards. Bhupie does not shy away from asking difficult questions and does this as a way to centre the best interests of our clients and by supporting us to be the best therapists we can be. In working with Bhupie you will be sure to get a wise and gifted Clinical Supervisor. ”    Heather

I offer clinical supervision to organisations, student counsellors, and practicing counsellors. Clinical supervision requires safety, inclusion, and respect to promote learning and growth. This space allows us to engage in a collaborative dialogue about the best practices and ethics alongside the critique and feedback.

If you are interested in clinical supervision, please contact me.
